After an assessment, the treatment will cover many areas of the body, not only where symptoms are being experienced. As I am a student of Ostepathy, treatments follow this approach. For more information on Osteopathy please see

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is based on the movement of bone and connective tissue. By gently working with the movements of the spine and skull the restrictions of nerve passages are freed, the movement of cerebrospinal fluid is optimized and misaligned bones may restore their proper position.

Fascial Therapy

Fascial Therapy addresses restrictions in fascia caused by trauma, inflammation and poor posture. Fascia is mobile connective tissue that includes skin, bones, ligaments, tendons and organs.

Muscle Energy Technique

Muscle Energy Technique is an active (requires patient engagement) and direct technique that results in an increase in range of motion in a restricted joint and an increase in soft tissue relaxation.

Release of adherences in the organs improves organ function and spinal alignment and function.
