Neck Stretch

Technique:

  1. Sitting or standing tall with arms at sides.

  2. Tilt head to side, lowering the ear towards the shoulder on one side. Keep shoulder still.

  3. Hold for 30secs.

  4. Keeping ear to shoulder, rotate the head slightly tucking the chin and sending the nose toward the armpit.

  5. Hold for 30 seconds.

  6. Repeat on the other side.
